Details of this program are as follows:

1. BIOKÉ will accept any manufacturer's platesealer or thermocycler, working or not working, as a trade-in towards the purchase of a 4Titude's 4s2 Thermal Sealer or Thermo Scientific Arktik™ Thermal Cycler.
2. This program follows a 1:1 rule: one instrument trade-in can be applied to one instrument purchase. If two instruments are traded-in, then two new instruments must be purchased and the appropriate discount will be applied to each new instrument.
3. An old platesealer will be accepted as a trade-in towards the purchase of the new 4Titude's 4s2 Thermal Sealer and an old thermo cycler will be accepted as a trade-in towards the purchase of a new Thermo Scientific Arktik™ Thermal Cycler (choose between: TCA0096 Arktik Thermal Cycler 96 well block - TCA4848 Arktik Thermal Cycler 48 well dual block  - TCA0384 Arktik Thermal Cycler 384 well block), purchased via BIOKÉ. The trade-in value of €1.750 will be calculated as discount on the new instrument price excl. BTW.
4. You will receive  free consumables worth € 250. As free consumables you can choose between FrameStar Break-A-Way plates, FrameStrip PCR Tube Strips, Phusion High-Fidelity DNA Polymerase products, and/or OneTaq™ DNA Polymerase products.
5. The trade-in value or free consumables cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
6. A valid quotation showing the applicable trade-in discount must be produced by a BIOKÉ Account Manager prior to sending in a trade-in unit.
7. To make use of this promotion, the order for the new instrument should be received between November 7, 2011 and January 31, 2012.
8. The trade-in instrument should be cleaned (including the injectors), and all reagents removed prior to shipping the unit to us. We will also ask that a “Certificate of Decontamination” (attached to the BIOKÉ quotation) be completed, signed, and returned with the trade-in unit. If the certificate cannot be completed and signed, contact us.
9. All costs associated with shipping the trade-in instrument to BIOKÉ are the responsibility of the customer.
10. This program is for customers in the BeNeLux only and cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers.
11. BIOKÉ reserves the right to adjust the promotional conditions at any time.
12. BIOKÉ cannot be held liable for incorrectly stated prices as a result of entry or printing errors.
